The Horatio Alger Scholarship ($7000 to $25,000) seeks to reward students who demonstrate integrity, perseverance in overcoming adversity, strength of character, financial need, good academic record commitment to pursue a college education and a desire to contribute to society. Candidates must have a minimum GPA of 2.0, demonstrate financial need of $55,000 or lower adjusted gross family income), be a US citizen, and be involved in co-curricular activities.
