Experience an intensive week-long residential leadership program with 21st Century Leaders.
21CL offers four exclusive summer leadership institutes, expanding your leadership skills and exposing you to various businesses and industries throughout the state of Georgia. Each leadership institute will engage you through interactive workshops, corporate tours, roundtables with business leaders, and team-building exercises. Plus, you’ll have the time of your life while living on a college campus, expanding your skills and meeting a diverse group of students from all across the state!
The 2022 application will be open from January 7th – March 1st, 2022.

Earthcare: The Leadership Challenge for the 21st Century is a week-long environment-focused leadership development program held on a college campus in which 21CL students are exposed to various environmental and leadership challenges through interactive workshops, tours, and round-table sessions with Georgia Power business leaders.
WarnerMedia Institute for Future Leaders
WarnerMedia Institute for Future Leaders is a week-long media-related program focused on leadership development in which 21CL students are exposed to the future of the media industry through interactive workshops, behind-the-scenes insights, round-table sessions, team-building and diversity exercises, and professional development opportunities.
Healthcare/IT Institute
Healthcare/IT Institute (HII) is a week-long healthcare-focused leadership development program held on a college campus in which 21CL students are exposed to various career aspects of the healthcare industry through interactive workshops, corporate tours, and round-table sessions with business leaders in the field of healthcare and technology.
