Holder Construction is offering a new program called HolderRISE – a hands on learning opportunity to Raise awareness of the construction Industry and gain Skills and Experience though our internship program. I’ve attached our flyer, and there is additional information on our HolderRISE Career Page. 

This program is offered to students ages 16-17 who are seriously considering construction as their career path. It is paid ($12.50/hr), and interns are expected to be on site ready to start the day by 7 am, 5 days a week, for the full summer. Our goal is to expose them to most of the different specializations on our HolderRISE page, like safety, field supervision, etc. to give them a taste of what long term career opportunities there are in each.
